Justin V. DiCicco is an associate in Einbinder, Dunn, Dimitri & Bayer LLP’s corporate and transactional department. As part of Justin’s practice, he regularly advises a wide-variety of clients, such as entrepreneurs, founders, investors, start-ups and mid-size companies on a broad array of matters. Justin has extensive experience in all phases of corporate and commercial matters including entity formation and structuring including the preparation and negotiation of operating agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements and other entity governing documents, corporate financing, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business divorces and business succession planning. Additionally, Justin regularly advises clients on consulting agreements, supply and distribution agreements, license agreements, commercial leasing, real estate financing and other complex commercial transactions.
Justin received his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, Justin was President of the Student Bar Association and a member of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. Justin received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hofstra University.
